The Center Solutions Party, a bold new political movement, launched quietly last week and a diverse test audience expressed what many Americans have felt for years: the two-party system is fundamentally broken.
A significant portion of those surveyed agreed: America needs a political party that can both challenge the status quo and function effectively – without upending the system entirely.
Trump and Harris Voters Agree: The System is Ready for Change
Perhaps the most surprising revelation from early feedback was the shared frustration among both Trump and Harris voters.
While nearly all agreed that a strong, competitive third party would benefit the country, some Trump voters believe his policies still need more time to play out.
Notably, while many Trump voters still support his policies, some of his more moderate supporters have already expressed disenchantment with his presidency – one even admitted outright regret over his 2024 vote.
Harris voters, on the other hand, were more uniformly eager for an alternative that is capable of winning elections.
Many voters from both parties expressed a deep need for policies that directly improve outcomes for people at the bottom, while still maintaining government stability.

“Our goal has never been to tear the system down,” says Michael A. Chiaradio, the party’s founder. “Our agenda works with the system. We want to make a stronger, more sustainable United States.”
Who is Michael A. Chiaradio?
Chiaradio’s journey into politics is anything but traditional. As a former college baseball player who once pursued a professional playing career, he understands both ambition and limitation.
He co-founded the ASBA Pro Softball League in Satsuma, Alabama after his playing career ended. The league operated for two seasons before shutting down due to financial constraints and the impact of COVID-19.
While he acknowledges the challenges he faced, he credits those experiences with sharpening his understanding of economics and giving him a unique perspective on solving problems for everyday Americans.
Chiaradio says he started the party because he envisions a world where all nations work constructively together and he hopes the United States will be the leader in that effort, setting an example for pragmatic, results-driven governance that benefits people across the globe.
And he’s not alone; many early supporters believe that the Center Solutions Party is uniquely positioned to balance social and economic progress without the chaos of radical upheaval.
